Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a gradated single line circle within which appears a second thicker gradated single line circle within which appears the stylized literal elements "3.6.9 ETHER" in a convex arc above another gradated single line circle. At the center of this circle appears a three faceted shaded figurative pyramid with gradated single line outlines and single line outlines. At the upper portion of the pyramid appears a band wrapping around the facets. To the left, to the right, and below the pyramid appears three figurative wheels with gradated single line borders. Within each wheel appears a gradated single line circle within which appears a shaded circle with eight small solid circles that encircle a figurative snake swallowing its tail forming another circle.
