Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an oblong shape having an interior oblong thin border. Inside the oblong shape are two cup shapes. The first cup shape shows the word "BOBA" at the top above the letter "T" in the word "TEA", with the letter "T" appearing inside in the middle of the cup and the letters "EA" appearing outside of the cup. Below the letter "T" are several circle shapes. The second cup design appears to the right of the first cup design, and contains the letter "T" of the word "TIME", with the letters "IME" appearing outside of the second cup shape. Above the letters "IME" is another smaller oblong shape having straight lines extending from the ends and terminating with small circles. Inside of this oblong are the words "DESSERT CAFÉ".
