The mark consists of the words "NORTHERN KNIVES" laterally spelled out with "NORTHERN" over "KNIVES". A stylized knife silhouette replaces some lines of the "N" of "NORTHERN" and the "K" of "KNIVES" and ties together both words. All text is a shade of blue with a black outline whereas the silhouette of the knife in the "N" of "NORTHERN" and "K" of "KNIVES" is black giving contrast. The mark appears on a white background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
