Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a partially unrolled curved striped banner, having 5 stripes, a red stripe on top, a white stripe beneath the red stripe, a blue stripe beneath the white stripe, another white stripe beneath the blue stripe and a red stripe beneath the white stripe which ends in a circular scroll. Beneath the banner are the words in all capital letters: in white, "PATRIOT" and in gray "MILLS"; the color black indicates background area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
