Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a red and blue rectangle with the top portion of rectangle being red and the bottom portion being the color blue. The red and blue portions of the rectangle are separated by a thin yellow straight horizontal line on the left side only. Just below the top of the red portion of the rectangle is a straight horizontal yellow line under which is a horizontal line of white dots. Under the line of white dots is the stylized wording "POP-CORN" in the color white and outlined in blue. Under the wording "POP-CORN" is a design of a yellow circle that is centered on the dividing line of the red and blue portions of the rectangle. Within the yellow circle is a polygon design formed by overlapping black circles and diamonds above the black stylized wording "TRUFFLE" above the stylized black wording "ITALIA" with black horizontal lines on both sides of the wording. At the bottom of the blue portion of the rectangle is the stylized wording "TARTUFO" in the color white and outlined in red.
