The mark consists of the words "TILTING MOTOR WORKS", a blue trapezoid bordered by a white band, and upper and lower portions of a black oval bordered by a white band. The blue trapezoid bisects the black oval along a horizontal axis. The "TILTING" text component is represented by gray, italic, capitalized text overlaid upon the blue trapezoid. The "MOTOR" text component is overlaid upon the upper portion of the black oval and is represented by white, capitalized text arranged along an arc that follows the white band of the upper portion of the black oval.
