The mark consists of a configuration of the packaging of the goods. The outline of the bag is in dotted lines and is not claimed as a feature of the mark and only shows the position or placement of the mark in the container. The mark consists of the word "TURBANA" in stylized lowercase letters in white, with the wording "CASSAVA CHIPS" in stylized uppercase letters in white under the preceding wording and on the left center of the package over the wording "LIGHTLY SALTED" in stylized uppercase letters between two horizontal lines all in yellow. On the right side of the package is the pictorial representation of the following: a pile of salt crystals in white to the left of two cassava chips in yellow, beige and brown, a wooden spoon in black and brown with the scoop side toward the center filled with salt crystals in white, all over a cassava chip in yellow, beige and brown to the left of a pile of salt crystals in white.
